Site’s intent is for informational purposes only. Products and services offered
by IE are not available in all states. Information provided on this Site is

Guarantee
IE guarantees the
reimbursement of the second visit on the state exam upon compliance of the
student meeting the required restrictions.
Students must present to the school the failed first attempt to the N.C.
state prelicensing exam, completely review the student material again and
present to the school a second attempt to the N.C. state prelicensing
exam. IE is in no way guaranteeing the
student a passing score on the N.C. state prelicensing exam.

Either IE or its
licensed content providers copyright all course materials offered by IE. No
part of IE's course content may be reproduced, retransmitted, distributed,
sold, published, broadcasted or circulated including individuals in the same
company or organization without the express written consent of IE. Course
content shipped or received electronically via the Internet may be displayed or
printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Purchase of a course
includes a license for one person to use the course materials. The course material is valid for a period of
30 days after the purchased date. It is not permissible to distribute files
containing course materials or printed versions of course materials to
individuals who have not purchased the course(s) without express written
consent from IE. It is also not permissible to make the course materials
available to others over a computer network, Intranet, Internet, or any other
storage, transmittal, or retrieval system. Although great effort has been made

provided with the understanding that the authors/publishers are not engaged in

Severability
Some U.S. states
and foreign countries provide rights in addition to those above or do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental

Client’s Privacy and Protection
At
no time will IE sell personal information we receive from a student to anyone else. Information
submitted to the Site for purchases, registration, or personalized services
will be used to fulfill orders, as well as, customer identification and
notification purposes. For the purpose of advertising, certain generic Site
information is collected. None of this information can be connected to any
individual IE user. IE uses industry-standard encryption technologies to
safeguard your information. All financial transactions conducted through IE are
encrypted for your security and protection. By using the Site you agree to the
collection and use of certain information by IE.

to other Internet sites ("hyperlinks") are included only as a
convenience for you as a visitor to our Site. IE makes no judgments or
warranties with respect to the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the

third party site, IE does not endorse the linked service or site, its content,

our Internet-based systems. When appropriate, IE employs the use of encryption

identification numbers) and access control mechanisms. There is always the
possibility of unknowingly acquiring computer viruses on the Internet and thus
we want to warn you about infections or viral contamination on your system. It
is your responsibility to scan any and all downloaded materials received from
the Internet. IE shall not be responsible or liable for any damage caused by
viruses or related hazards, whether or not that virus or hazard resulted from a
visit to the Site. You, and not IE, assume the entire cost of all necessary
servicing, repairs, or correction related to computer viruses.
By processing an order with IE, or through our Site, you agree the number of course hours selected is within a close proximity to the number of hours required by your state. In addition, you understand IE may terminate your access to courses that are not completed within 30 days for prelicensing and 12 months for Continuing Education from the time of your order. You agree that IE has the right to terminate an account at any time if IE has reason to believe that the user is fraudulently accessing the courses for unauthorized reasons.
